Labour
Unless vandalized or forced, the warranty period which covers the labour portion of the job is 90 days. Within this time, Greene Locksmiths will return to make adjustments on locks that are defective, or perhaps shifted due to weather changes and other stability issues. We will not return on warranty for simple lubrication or if the locks were removed for any reason such as for painting or if locks become out of alignment due to the addition of weather stripping, debris, gravel, ice or snow stuck in the jamb or threshold.
Product
The products installed are guaranteed for 1 year with Greene Locksmiths, afterward, warranty may be extended by the manufacturer who’s period may vary.
